Acceptance

By using Soda you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. Soda is operated by 21 Sierra, Melbourne, Australia.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Soda. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at hello@joinsoda.co if you suspect unauthorised access.

Events and bookings

Soda curates and facilitates in-person events. By booking an event you commit to attending. Repeated no-shows may result in suspension of your account. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an event may not be eligible for a refund.

Conduct

You agree to treat other attendees with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or any behaviour that makes other attendees feel unsafe will result in immediate removal from the platform. Soda reserves the right to ban any user at its discretion.

Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Soda does not store your payment card details. Subscription fees are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time through the account settings.

Limitation of liability

Soda facilitates connections between people but is not responsible for the conduct of attendees at events. We strongly encourage meeting in public places and using common sense when meeting new people.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
